The Reicioaroace flag by isobug
Reicioaroace, also known as Reiciorose, is an orientation on the Aroace spectrum where an individual is both Reicioaro and Reicioace in any way.[1]
Etymology[]
The prefix Reicio- comes from the latin word "Reiciō", which literally means to throw or repel, but can also be used figuratively to mean "to reject". It is pronounced /ˈrei̯.ki.oː/.[2]
Flag[]
The Reicioaroace flag was made by isobug on September 13th, 2024. [1]
The colors were inspired by the orange and yellow Aroace flag, multiple Aspec -rose flags, and the format of the Reicioaro and Reicioace flags.
Tealish Blue stands for "being Aroace / Aroacespec", Dark Teal Blue for "those who feel as if their Reiciorose / Reicioarace identity cannot be split into two parts ( or split neatly / constantly )" , Grey/Light Blue for "exhaustion/rest", and the Grey stripe going through the symbols represents "the absence of romantic and sexual attraction / interest / activity."[3]
