Is there a sexuality for when you want to “sexually” please your partner (like making them hard without actually having sex with them) but you don’t want to feel anything sexual yourself?

Also, is there a sexuality for like, being greysexual but instead of spikes of feeling sexual it’s more of a build up and then like a “build down” (for lack of better words)
